I am having BlackBerry handheld 8707. Initially it was not having MemoPad installed n it. I have installed it successfully but, when i start the MemoPad application an error message apears which states that
"Error starting net_rim_bb_memo_app: Class ‘net.rim.device.api.ui.component.CollectionListFie ld’ not found."

The OS is v4.2.1.105(Plateform 3.3.0.27)

Can anyone please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Try a hard reset.

With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Afterward, try the app again.
