Default I use Tourc on tmobile, having problem connecting to Playbook Bridge

Please Login to Remove!

Help; i have tried it for 5 hrs at least, even Blackberry tech support cant help me, they want me to use a tmobile device, when i tried it with my bold it worked.

What version of the OS are you running? Make sure it is one that was released by a carrier and not a beta or hybrid.

I updated to 6.0.0.526 just last week,

i can connect to bluetooth, i can even tether, it just wont conenct to the bridge...

I would check in at RIM's support site for updates or other possible changes every once in a while. I'm sure others have this issue and RIM will fix it with an OS update quick.

Have you tried deleting the BlackBerry Bridge on your Torch and downloading it again from scratch? Doing a battery pull after deleting/re-downloading wouldn't hurt either.

I have tried everything. even reloading the OS.. for some reason, it just wont connect, but connect easily with the bold.

For anyone who cares, i found a fix.. restore phone to Factory setting (wipe) then connect to playbook before you put your data back.. DONT FORGET TO BACK UP.. Good luck, finally i can get the best use for my playbook
