I have just changed from an old BB Flip 8220 to a new BB Flip 8220 and when the contacts loaded (from Outlook) it picked up everything in there. Is there a way to edit the contact list on the BB. I just want Tel numbers and select e-mail addresses not all. Thanks.

Nope. It's designed for a full sync. Delete the contacts you don't want in both Outlook and on the BB. You can create Groups within the address book so you only look at the contacts you include in the group. You can also use a category filter.
