Helo, i install a BES express server in my organization.
The mail system is Exchange server 2007.
The key on the server is ok, SRP test is Ok, Database Test is OK.

When i trie to activate account on my device, the email that contain .DAT file is arrive to the inbox folder of the mailbox, but never is delete, and the device is not activate.
i have two devices, one with BIS and other with BES.

Im runing in other instalation one server whith BES 4.X, this runing ok.

So...... any help my?

It could be that the BESAdmin account doesn't have enough rights to pickup the activation e-mail. See:

Make sure the latest CDO is installed or BES won't be able to talk to Exchange through MAPI.

what version of CDO 1.2.1? righ click on mapi.DLL and choose properties

hello thanks, in my bes server (windows 2008) not have file with name mapi.dll...
any ideas¿?
