ok here goes when i try to call out my phone comes up call forwarding conditional then the number i'm trying to call says dissconnected then when the small box comes up that says add to contacts new then start call, activate loudspeaker or cancel. if i press start call then the call is connected this happened after i received a call and tried to turn up the volume so what am or have i done wrong? please help i'm confused?

I haven't found a definitive answer on the Call Forwarding Conditional issue. Some folks say it is meaningless and is only a message that you do not have call waiting enabled.

One person suggested dialing *#21# on the call screen and hitting Send.

thanks however if i dial any telephone number and press send the name of the person or number comes up as usual then is says disconnected, then the little box comes up and if i press start call it connects so what is the problem its like i have to make two calls to make one if you can understand what i'm on about. regarding the call forwarding. if i switch off the answer machine then the call forwarding goea away but i then have to press the send key twice to make a call, any ideas

well i sorted it what i had done was switched the wifi on after switching the wifi off everything went back to normal so i'm now happy thanks

Generally Carriers do not allow calls to be made over WIFI. For some reason your phone was trying to call using the WIFI. It could be an APP that caused this problem. Also most carriers control the call forwarding and other call features within the carriers system vs. the actual phone settings.

Anyway your solution made sence. glad you found a cure.
