Default Getting IMEI numbers of BB's via BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there anyway, via the Bes server to query all the BB's attached and to get each IMEI number?

If I remember right, it *is* stored in the SQL database, but no where in the management console. Check out the database.

For the Groupwise and Domino GUI select Handhelds, the list of user's and handhelds will be listed. Highlighting one will show all the details below. The Handheld IMEI is the Serial Number. Highlighting all handhelds will allow you to export the info to TXT.Should be similar in Exchange.

Using BEs for Exchange. Exported all user info to a text file and just get user details, pin but no serial

If you are using BES 3.x, this information will not be available.

If you are using BES 4.0, and your users have completed an enterprise activation, then it'll be listed as the serial number in BlackBerry Handheld Configuration Tool.

If you are using BES 4.1, and your users have completed an enterprise activation, then it'll be listed as the serial number in BlackBerry Manager.
