How come when I delete an email from my BB it doesn't get deleted in Outlook? This sucks cause I have to delete the message in both places? Any way to get around this or am I missing something. Thanks

Go into Messages / Options / Email Reconciliation and change the Delete On from Handheld to Mailbox & Handheld.

If you are on the BIS, it wont delete using Reconciliation.
If you are on a BES, then it should work.

If you have BIS, you could have the Blackberry Web service delete messages from the server. I dont do this, as on more than one occasion I have needed a message later that I deleted from my Blackberry.

How about when you send from your BB? Does that sent email show up in your Outlook when you reconcile??
