We're running corporate Blackberry's, exchnage 2003, bes 4.0.

Is there a way of changing the calendar that can be accessed on the Blackberry. We have some software on our Exchange server that creates group calendars by rolling up appointments from a number of users to a department calendar, and the dept manager would like to be able to see the dept calendar on his Blackberry and his own.

The BES can only synchronize with the users mailbox, meaning the exchange calendar. Im not to sure what type of software you are using that is creating these groups but if its not being placed within the users calender in his mailbox then it will not synch to the BB.
