It looks like my company is finally getting it togther and making a switch to a different service provider. They will be issuing all new devices to a large user pool. I was looking for any hints from the group as to tactics to help speed up the Enterprise Activation. I just emailed some of the users in my area and told them how to clear the phone and DC logs. Any other tips you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Phone Logs always seem to take the longest.
we are about to switch out 1000+ BB over to sprint and i'm looking at ways to speed things up too. some of our users have 10k+ minutes per month of calls.

pretty much all the other settings are pretty quick. think for the heavy users if they just clear the phone call log they should be ok.
