Default Sending pics from 8100 by email

When I take the photo, my envelope is "greyed out"; I am unable to select it. Does the 8100 send photos via email?

Yes, it's email. Do you have a data plan? Without one you're shut out.

Yes, I have the data plan. But I am unable to find any way to attach the photo I take with the camera to an email. When I take the photo, I am given options, one of which is an envelope (to send pic attached to email?), but the envelope is "greyed out" so I can't select it. Is this normal?

Thank you somarpro. I saw that post and tried that. It didn't solve the problem.

Log into your BIS account at T-Mobile and resend your service books. This seems to cure a bunch of missing feature problems.

Question

I don't have a 8100, but, can you not create an email, and then insert a picture?

If you are using BES or Desktop redirection, this may not work.

I am, however able to send photos through my tmo.blackberry.net account... I just have to change the option before I send.

I am using ExchangeMyMail. Does that make a difference?
