I have the 8700c on my company BES server... Would the 8703 work? Or does a new seperate policy have to be created in order for that BB to sync and work successfully on the company BES server?

If you are asking if u can have mulitple BB's using 1 email account then the answer is no.

If you are asking whether u can add a different model HH to the BES for another user then the answer is yes.

If it doesn't show up, you can:

1) update the Device.xml from the latest version of Desktop Manager
2) update the BES to 4.1.2, which has this already

Just my suggestions. We had to do this for another one, although I can't recall what it was.
