Spreadsheet application that links with MS Excel

Hi.
I would like to track the number of reps, the number of sets, the weight lifted in each set, and the type of excercise in the gym on my blackberry 7750.
I've tried some of the 'health' assistants but they don't fullfill this need.
I was thinking I could create a little spreadsheet like this:
Excercise type
----------[type1]------[type2]------[type3]-----[type4]----[ type5]
[date1]--[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]
---------[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]
---------[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]
---------[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]-[lbs][#reps]
[date2]--etc--etc--etc
Where everything in it's own [ brackets ] is in a cell, and this would assume a max of 4 sets per excercise. Then after transferring it to MS Excel, it could be graphed once per month or whatever suits my fancy.
Has anybody else made a similar type of spreadsheet that will "lock" the [type] row and the [date column] in the blackberry so it's aways visible if your on [date 35] for example we could still see the [type] of excercise we were supposed to do next at the top of the screen? If you have what bberry application did you use, and was there anything tough about getting it syncd with MS Excel? Thanks for your help gang. Ryan.
