BES Server Errors in Event Viewer

Good Afternoon. I'm hoping someone can help me with a BES server problem that I'm experiencing with only one user. I have a five user license BES 4.1 Server (for Groupwise).
I'm currently seeing the following error in the Event Viewer:
{Username} GetRIMMessage() failed: SUCCESS, EntryId=4820
Source: Blackberry Messaging and Event Id 20185.
Unfortunately, the user is the owner of the company, and we have no support.
He has been unable to receive email since yesterday morning. That is also when the error started.
Any and all information will be greatly appreciated. Please note that I have little to no experience with this server.
