When in your mailbox on the BB 8700, is there a shortcut key to reconcile your mail with the BES and Outlook? I'm finding that if I read an e-mail in Outlook, the BB will not mark it read without manually clicking the track wheel and going down to "reconcile now". If I read it in the BB however, it will be marked as read in Outlook.

it only reconciles at certain intervals. You don't need to do 'reconcile now' usually.

After experiencing the past week on a BES and experiencing the above situations, I do indeed need to do the reconcile now.
