I have four users on my BES, all with Cingular.

None of us are getting any mail on our Blackberrys, but are getting them in Outlook. I checked the BES Server and all services are running.

I just sent a mail from my blackberry to myself and it says it sent (check mark) but I didn't get it in outlook.

Any help?

I'm not getting any email from gmail, but am from AIM and mycingular.net

I'm on a BIS 2.0 with Cingular, model 8700c.

I'm on TMob and my BES mail is working fine, my pins are working fine but there is a problem with GMail and BIS. see this thread.

Yes, thanks. I am aware of the gmail issue. None of us are using gmail though.

Is there any quick checks to see why my BES would not be pushing out mail or accepting mail from our devices?

I wasn't getting mail via Blackberry last night.

OK, I have restarted the BlackBerry server and connection service through the BlackBerry Manager.

On the users tab, all users are showing a 'last contact time' of about 2:30 AM. It is now 11:15 AM. I tried sending a user a message through this tab, but he didn't recieve it (I sent with PIN and again with Email)

Someone please help.

My firm's Chicago office had an outage for all Cingular users. Didn't affect us here in Boston. We were told it was a Cingular problem, not our BES or RIM.

Personally haven't heard anything about any outages across the country - and I've got users in just about every state!

I had issues this morning and then around noon all my emails rolled in at once.

Well now it seems that even the gmail website is having problems. Got a message saying that they were looking into the problem.

Just checked again and now everything seems fine with the site but still no mail coming through to my bb from gmail.

For the last hour here in AZ I have been recieving my gmail like normal. For about the past 24 hours me and my uncle were not recieving any gmail like the rest of you guys.

Hope they got it resolved...

Have Sprint 8703e in Tulsa,OK having all kinds of delay issues with all acccounts, not just Gmail. Something's up in the Blackberry world...on BIS by the way.........
