I've been having problems sending SMS messages since yesterday, I guess I will have to call t-mobile... anyway, everytime I try sending a text message I get an error that says "network out of order" I mean what the hell is that? Has anyone had this problem???
You can try a hard (battery) reset... that's probably the first thing that they'd have you do anyway... beyond that, you'll probably need to contact the provider...
Im in Nyc and also getting the network error message so it has to be an issue with T-mobie.. I think we all need to start calling so this will get fixed fast and Im sure we can also recieve a credit for the time we dont have messages and are paying for them..
the customer care number is 611 or 1-800-937-8997 call now and voice your pain....

Well all TMO texts are routed through the same number (that Seattle number... a 212 area code I believe, can be found if you look hard enough through your phone)
I am in Cleveland and have many problems today with texting and my friends around here and in Youngstown, OH are having the same issues. I think everyone nationwide is going to have similar problems.
