I previously bought the Pearl about a month ago... all of a sudden noticed that I had no sound! I could hear through the earpiece but no ringers, spearkerphone , etc. I called Tmobile and they told me to remove the battery ... that didn't help so they shipped me out a new phone. I am having the exact same problem AGAIN!!! What do I do!?

Ya I have all my profiles set like they've always been LOUD!

Pulling the battery out and putting it back in does nothing also1?

I actually had a very similar issue. One day about a month after getting the phone I got no sound on calls unless I was on the headset or speakerphone. Just making a normal call or recieving one got no sound. Just got my replacement today, so I'm hoping I don't have a repeat issue as well....
