Got a 7100g and I haven't been able to view attachments in email. I move cursor into name of attachment and click wheel but no menu option for viewing is available. I'm receiving mail through desktop redirect and have BB 4.0 attachment service listed under settings.

Help?

**update**
I found on another forum that supposedly you can't view attachments from using redirect, so I set up an Outlook rule to forward any email with an attachment to my web service email address (XX@mycingular.blackberry.net). Worked!
