I have a user who has an 8700. She receives her emails via internet and has not attached the unit to her PC yet. She needed me to sync her conatcts to the unit so I connected it to my PC and synced only the address book with her unit. She claims that all her appointments were moved 5 hours earlier.

We are Eastern time. Is there an easy way to fix these appointment times?

Does she have the wrong time zone set? That's what it sounds like.
