So, I'm sure these questions have been answered a million times... but here I go!

1. Does AOL Instant Messenger not come installed on the 7100g like the 7100t? If no, is there a 3rd party program that works best?

2. Downloads - Can you not download off the Cingular website (ringtones, backgrounds, etc.) If no, what are the best websites for that?

3. Travel Charger - Mine does not work... it works hooking up to the computer though. Does anyone have that same problem?

Any more tips would be helpful!

Regarding the travel charger, mine does not seem to be working either. When you plug it in, do you get the lightning bolt for about a second and then it shuts off? I was told by the store, that this was probably just a bad charger and to call up t-mobile for an exchange.

For #1, look at the aftermarket thread. There's a sticky right at the top of the page that will easily answer your question

#2... Look at one of the first few threads on this forum that says "Download Ringtones!!!"

If those don't help you, try the search feature. It works fairly well too
