Just checking to see if there is any reason to upgrade to BES 4.1.3 on Exchange 2003 sp2. We are currently using BES 4.1.2 with no issues, just wondering if its worth upgrading. If anyone upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 (with the hotfixes) please let me know your thoughts after the upgrade.

does 4.1.2 give you the right click ability? because that is pretty convenient. I went straight from 4.1.0 to 4.1.3 with the 2 hotfixes. No problems and I am digging my newfound right click ability.

From what I recall, right-click returned with 4.1.3.

I'm running 4.1.3 which as well as the right click functionality (whcih rocks as an admin), then the key advantages are: -

Enhanced PDF file attachment viewing - definately improvement over 4.1.2 and previous versions, definately makes them much more useful on the BB.

MP3 file attachment opening - handy if you use this for voicemail file attachments etc..

plus various bug fixes.even if you haven't seen the issue it relates too.

Yes, but still not way to see live mail flow as we had in version 4.0

BES vr 4.1.3 - the only reason I installed this Service Patch is Tech support stated this SP supports virtual servers. My Blackberry Server has been virtual for 8+ months without any issues related to virtualization.

The mistake I made was tellling tech support it was virtualized.
