Back in the old days, the LCD display was the most expensive part of a device. General rule was that if you destroyed a display and needed a new one, one had to either be prepared to fork over big bucks or simply buy a new whatever.

$80, that's damn cheap IMHO.

Personally, I hope this is the only post I will have to make about the replacement of the Pearl's display.

For 30 dollars more you can do an insurance claim
