OK, dumb question here. I've had my Blackberry for a few months now, but this is the first time someone has sent me an image from their cell phone to mine. I heard an alert chime, and there's a smiley face icon with a 1 next to it. But how do I actually see the image? Which tool is it under?

Thanks in advance.

Um... anyone?

I don't see any MMS message listed among the messages in any of my email accounts. The sender says they sent it to my phone (although I never gave them my MMS number, so how is that possible?). I've got a tiny icon on the home screen of a smiley face with "1" next to it. Is that the MMS that came in? If so, where the hell do I find it?

First of all, MMS number and cell phone number = same exact thing.. And I believe the smiley icon with the 1 is for BlackBerry Messenger which you should find in your apps. Someone got ahold of your PIN and asked to be your friend it looks like..

Ah ha. Well, this is weird, because when I looked at My Number, it was not the same as my cell phone number. What could that mean? Was the phone pre-owned and I wasn't told?

More importantly, is it possible to change it so it reads my cell number?
