I have been trying to download some Java Games from Download Free Mobile Phone Games - Your Free and Legal Source for Downloadable Cell Phone Games, and the desktop manager does not recongnize the JAR, or JAD file extensions is there any way to install these on my phone.

The way I do it is I copy the link that they give me for the "Download To Mobile" Option and use AIM to send it to my phone, or type it into the browser. This will ask if you want to install it. Not sure how to do it through DM. Hope that helps...
