Hello everyone,

We bought a enw BB 8800 and everything is fine excep that we just get the new emails on the BB and not the old emails when we synchronize. We have a BES and I register more than one time to be sure that it's not a sync problem. Any idea jow to get the old emails synchronized?

Email doesn't sync on any Blackberry. If you want old email you need to forward each one. BES will push some old email out on activation but it's limited to a few days IIRC.
