I'm trying to download the Connection Manager from Sprint's site onto my laptop and during installation it says:

"Attempting to read from the source database C:\WINDOWS\Installer\4317a8.msi" and I have to cancel the installation. Has anyone had this problem or anyone know where I can get this file?

you shouldn't need connection manager, just set your phone as a modem in Network Connections (this is for bluetooth, for usb the modem will be called "standard modem" and make sure you can sync via usb:
