Sometimes when I have a user with this problem, I have them reset the entire voice mail by calling #793#. This resets the password to the last 4 digits of your phone number. The next time you call voicemail, you should be prompted to change it. You may also need to record your outgoing message again. Of course, this is with a branded T-Mobile BB, not an unlocked device. I cant say it works everytime, but its worth a try.
