Item Description:Tegam Digital Impedance meter model 252.
Does not turn on, read below
Item is virtually new as seen in the pictures The unit has been stored in it's original box with foam cushion and plastic wrapping and only removed to take pictures.However it does not turn on. I am 99% sure that it simply needs a new fuse. I did order some and when I tested the unit it did turn on momentarily but would turn off and not turn back on. I tested with again with another replacement fuse and got the same result. Yes, I am using the correct fuses as listed on the back of the unit for 110v (3AG Slow Blow Glass 1/16 AMP 250V)for this unit. I am not able to test properly as the item is located in the EU where it is 220v. I am positive the unit will turn on and function properly once the fuse is replaced again and used in a 110v environment.
For reference I had two units, both in the same exact condition and sold one of them that was wired for 220v and originally did not turn on prior to selling. I was able to replace with the proper fuse for 220v environment as listed on the back of the unit and it turned on perfectly. My location is 220V. I sold that unit recently and the customer left a good review.
