Thanks for your reply. When I first purchased this World Clock, BB10 was nowhere near being released to the market, nor yet was it in March 2012 when I obtained my 9850. I had purchased another app...

My wife is having the same problem with her 9800 but I am not having the problem with my 9800. I think there must be some software differences between our phones, even though they are both 9800...
