check which os you have same problems happened to me when i loaded
Latest OS: 9000 5.0.0.661/5.0.0.411
just up loaded new beta one and all problems gone.

make sure that your PC /Laptop power settings that the USB power management is disabled . (Win vista, Win 7 Beta & Win 7 RC1)
