Hey Yamen, why not try upgrading to phone OS .247 (which seems to be the most stable and preferred) and see if your issues continue. You can find the OS file and instructions at the top of this Bold thread.

Sounds to me then like you have a defective unit. That is surely hardware.

i think it is something attached to the branding version, as it's the only thing that didn't change after wiping and reloading the OS,
i do not think that it's a H/W issue as there's a conflict that happens while turning on data services on 3G mode, so it's definitely a S/W problem but in a part that is not deleted after a full device wipe,
Any new ideas?

try unbranding your phone, but as some say there is a risk that comes with that if not used correctly, another thing you will not find the process of unbranding your device in this forum due to forum policy. and if you started a thread asking most likely one of the moderators would stop the thread or inform you that this cannot be discussed. I am just letting you know.

but i need it to be the last thing to do, as i'm risking the device

Now i finally debranded the phone
But i still face the same problem, but since it became an engineering device after debranding, it gives me an error before restart, "dsp core catfailed!...RESET"
when i press reset it reboots and start the whole issue again
Any ideas??

do you have any 4rd party software running on your bold. if so try using the bold with no othe program running on it and install each program and make a test call and see if it will crash after each program. it might be a 3rd party issue or a major defect

no 3rd party apps installed on my BB, i'm starting to suspect the coverage of the network, as it's not restarting all the time...just when i'm in indoor areas.

Still that's weird though! the fact it restarts has something to probably do with glitchy firmware! You should still have it checked out by your carrier, or get a replacement.
