Question.

I have T-mo as my service provider and I want to tether the blackberry to my laptop (for use as a modem). I have (obviously) the BlackBerry Internet feature on my plan (not the BES one) and I am wondering if there are any fees for tethered data; T-Mo's site is not very forthcoming.

This does not answer my question. I am asking if there are any fees associated with tethered data on the blackberry as I already have the BlackBerry Internet option on my plan.

I spoke to Scott with Blackberry Support at T-Mobile. The official word on tethering is that there are no additional fees to tether your blackberry to an external device.
