Hello to all.I have BB 9700 Bold.I use mail servece but I have some problems.How can I see only unread messages?I have 2000+ mail and for example if I want to see old unread message i have to scroll all messages to find this old unread message - that`s boring.I hope you understand my problem,because my english is not very good.

Open the Messages folder, press the "U" key to go to the first unread message. Repeat as needed.

Try this:



* Homescreen > Messages > BBKey > Search



Fill in the search criteria...to be as broad as possible, set these:

* Service = All Services
* Folder = All Folders
* Show = Unopened Only
* Type = All



That should do a search for any and all unread messages from any and all messaging services configured on your BB.
