Downloaded and installed the latest handheld software (v 4.1.0.303) for 7250 on Bell Mobility.

I no longer have a "compose message" icon (envelope with a pen).

This means that you either go into your mailbox, and choose compose email. If you do this, you are put right into the email in the To: field. Typing pops up the address book.

Old version was 3 steps to create message:
1. choose compose icon
2. find contact
3. compose and send

New version is 4 steps as best as I can figure out:
1. Choose mailbox icon
2. press scroll wheel and scroll to compose email
3. find contact
4. compose and send

Has anyone else had the same thing when they upgraded to latest handheld software versions?

Any way to get the compose icon back?
