im not sure if this is the right spot to be posting this ......but here goes....

ive looked everywhere and cant seem find the .aac files for the factory blackberry ringtones. i currently use the BBpro_4 ringer for my "loud" setting and its not quite loud enough for me. ive looked all over the place for a loud "normal ring" that i like and cant havent had any luck....all the ringers are pretty lame or they are a song of some sort.....i just want a normal ring that is loud and i really like the BBpro_4 ringer....so i was hoping to be able to transfer the ringer off my berry (8130) and onto my pc and run it thru one of the ringtone maker peices of sorftware and use the software to make it louder. but it seems as the ringtone files are locked into the blackberry. i was hoping some of you more knoweledgeable people know how to do something like this or had the BBpro_4 ringetone file you could send me? (i believe it is a .aac file)

thanks for the advice.....ive actually already gotten a couple from that site..some of them are normal ones and they are loud...its hard to find loud "normal" ringtones... ..but i was really hoping to find a way to make the BBpro_4 ringer louder....and if i could either find someone who has the .aac file or figure out how to unloak it and transfer it off the blackberry i could run it thru a ringtone maker and make it louder

I would like to know how to transfer the preladed ringtones from my 8800 too. All the preloaded ringtones on the 8800 are on device memory/samples/ringtones folder. This folder doesn't show up at all in media manger.

A friend of mine gave me a beta version of the Bold and most of the ringtones are missing from the phone. I only have about 3 to choose from in total.

When I go to the ringtones folder in the media folder in BB, there is an option to receive using bluetooth but not to send.

How do I transfer ringtones from my 8800 to the bold?

Pls help.
