I am new to the bb forums so here we go. I recieved a bb curve (tmobile) from a friend because it had an error message jvm 535, and he did not want to try to figure it out. simple fix all that was needed was to do the app loader and the problem would be resolved. in the process of the app loader something happened and i lost connection, now the phone is not responding to anything, only the led light is flashing. it flashes once, and then three times, and the computer will not recognize the phone. tried all the different fixes i could find and nothing is working. can someone please help

And, you may need to try to connect with JL_cmder many times. I have seen it take 20 tries before it connects and wipes.

When you're in the app loader,try having the battery out of the phone...once you get the app loader loaded up try popping the battery back in once you get close to being able to click finish...it sometimes will jumpstart the device...and as well sometimes it may display disconnected on the DM but when you get into the app loader and you need to detect the COM port...it might pick it up..it takes some fidgeting around...
