Trying to install some of those awesome wallpapers, but when i send a jpeg to the bold, it doesn't recognise the extension

This is a strange one - if i send myself a .jpg file or a .wav file by email, it doesn't recognise the file.

But my sis went me a wav file by sms and it was fine. Any idea's folks

The only thing I can guess is that the Bold must have a filter that won't allow you to post JPEGs of unattractive women. I think if you want to have ugly-woman wallpaper, you have to be with Verizon.

Well its just opened the jpeg of your lass via roxio, so it must be something else

Sent it to myself from my Yahoo mail account that solved the problem.
When I send Jpgs to myself from the same e-mail addy on a windows computor they come in as a *.dat file extension.
I try send to self from my Mac and report back later

Smatty, I think this is a case of the encoding from whatever computer/application/outlook you are sending from.
