Welcome to the BBForums.

It is according to the version of Desktop Manager you have installed. I don't believe that DM 4.3 support Outlook 2000--Only 2002 and more greater.

More greater??

Yes DM 4.3 supports Outlook 2003 and above. 4.2 still supports 2000.

Ahhh.. my bad. We're still reeling from that convention we're not allowed to talk about on here

unfortunately the BB won't even recognise outlook 2000. I don't want to upgrade just for the calendar

You need to upgrade Outlook to a newer version. Else you won't be able to sync your BB with Outlook. There is now way around this. I haven't tried Desktop Manager 4.2.2 with BB Bold 9000, but I doubt it will work.

Thanks, I've now discovered that I can only use the back up and restore function.

I have also had a problem with personal the voice recorder. I need to send someone a recording and their PC will not open and play it. Any ideas on this?
