I just did a post and nobody replied :( My phone is stuck saying JVM Error 513 reset. I just uninstalled the desktop manager and device software. I re installed the desktop software and then the device manager software. I then plugged my phone in and nothing happens. it still says disconected. Someone please help!!!

I downloaded and instlaled that program but nothing happens? When I double click on it, it gives me an error. Does this work on vista?

After I run the file that downloads and hit install it pops up a command window real quick then goes away. Then it leaves a jl_cmder file on my deskop. I double click on it and it says C:\program files\jl_cmder\jl_cmder.cmd the specified path does not exisit check the path and then try again.

Maybe you need to reboot your PC?

Unplug the BB/USB first.

I just did the wipe and re install of the OS now the hour glass has been sitting for the past 30 minutes? Any ideas?

For future reference to run jl_cmdr using Vista, create a shortcut on your desktop. Then go in to properties under the compatibility tab and check the compatibility mode checkbox for Windows XP. This should allow it to run properly.
