Hey everyone
I was looking around for a great app for keeping track of my workout routine, I tried one of the online services I read about in one of these forums and it didnt' seem to work for me. Then I realized I made an Excel worksheet a long time ago. I used to print them out, write the data into the cells and then reinput the data into a charting program
Now that I have Docs to Go I thought I'd give it a shot. When I open it, it's not bad, the program shifts the cells around a bit but it might work. If it works, then I'll have it all recorded on the computer which will make it easier to graph my progress (the only way that keeps me motivated to go to the gym is to see the line graph going higher!) I'll test it out tomorrow
I'd be happy to share it with everyone since I get a lot of great advice on this forum. If anyone wants a copy of the file, PM me your email and I'll send you a copy. It's split into 3 worksheets: Full Body, Upper Body, and Lower Body (See attached jpg)
