Default Radio Off, No Signal on 8310. PLEASE HELP

Ok, so I upgraded to OS 4.5 successfully last night, however, now I have no signal and it says Radio Off. PLEASE HELP. I'm out of town and need my phone.

Click on the Manage Connections icon and turn all connections on.
