I was wondering if someone can answer my question.

We have a BES server here in UK and have number of clients over in the US, how is it possible for them to receive emails whilst configured on our BES server?

If all you want is your US clients to receive emails then they need to be configured on your BES server and they need BB service over here.

They just need to be "hooked up" to your BES and a BlackBerry Data Plan in the US of A.
