Dont seem to work for me, im I missing something, Never finds the device but the desk top sw does?

Well I installed the BB media sync on my desk top, I plug in my Curve and open the media sync and it says NO device. The Options tab is greyed out

What version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager do you have installed? Does the Desktop Manager see you BlackBerry?

I have 4.5 desk top and yes I am able to control my curve with it

Hhmm.. I would try un-installing BlackBerry Desktop 4.5 and un-install the Media Sync.. Then install 4.6 and go to Media Sync with-in 4.6 and it will re-install the Media Sync from within the Desktop Manager, I just did that today and the Media Sync saw my Curve without a problem.

No difference Options is still blacked out and it says I have No playlists, I actually have a shtload

Have you had any problems with iTunes itself recently? What version are you running of iTunes? Also iTunes has few other "services" that it installs on you computer (ie. Bonjour, and etc) you haven't removed any wierd programs recently have you?

I did a new update of I tunes as well and its still not finding my curve. I tried it at my office and it worked there but all my music is here. So its this puter, any other ideas?

HHmm, I wonder if this is a driver issue. Are you able to see the Media Card from "My Computer" and explore it without a problem?
