We have BB Professional 4.1.4.3 which has been running for the best part of 6 months. All devices were set up here by connecting via cable to the server - rush job as everyone wanted them now (you know how it is). Anyway recently I had a user out in the field with some problems and thought the best option would be to delete the user and re-provision. Unfortunately using the Enterprise Activation Wizard would not connect. After sometime I deciced that it was best to get the user to bring it back.
What I was wondering was why can't I activate the device wirelessly - any thoughts?
