LAN web services

We have several web servers running on our LAN (our company is 10.1.1.XXX, othe companys in our org are 10.2.1.XXX, 10.3.1.XXX) and we can get to them on our BB's.
I have installed a webservice as part of another application (inter alpha-numeric pagers running from a stand-alone unit connect via COM1 on my pc) that gives a web page that allows anyone to send a page to a particular person. Any pc in out org can access it, but when attempting to use my BB I get either a 400-Bad request or a 503-server busy error.
The 400 error returns " Invalid response code[-1] " when I click details
and the 503 error returns " The requested URL could not be retrieved ....."
Anyone have any Ideas?????
