I have my comcast and work email addresses setup on BB Bold and they work fine.

I just registered a new personal domain name with godaddy.com. The email works fine on pc and fine on BB EXCEPT when I'm email ONE particular person. When I email that person from my pc it's fine, but when I use the bb I get:

"Delivery Status Notification Failure". "Unknown address error 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.

Obviously the mailbox is available if I can send the email from the same account to the same person from my pc and it works.

Any ideas??? Help?

Something wrong with the email address that you're using for the contact on the BB?

Read your repl and thought maybe i foolishly overlooked that....but they are identical.

Anyone have other ideas????

1.) Resend service books?

2.) Delete the said account, re-add it and then resend the service books??

Shot in the dark, but worth a try....
