I tried loading a movie to my pearl for the first time. I used slysoft Any DVD then CloneDVDMobile. It seemed to all load ok, but when I go to my pearl and try to watch the video all I get is an error has occurred attempting to play media. Any thoughts or suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

Have you also tried the Slysoft forum? I'll bet you'll find your answer there.

Had the same problem. For some reason, their format wii lot work with BB's. On your PC, go to c:program files,slysoft,clonedvdmobile folder open the devices file with not pad. scroll down to Zune MP4 paragraph. You will see a bunch of stuff under it.

under res4=320x240 add
ResAna5=240v180 and under ResAna5 add
ResAna6=240x180

close and save. you may need to save to desktop and then copy back into slysoft folder. open clonemobile and select your dvd. then selct the zune profile and select the 240x180 resoultion. works great. all your doing is adding another resolution size and creating a mp4 file that your bb will play. did it for my pearl and now curve. anyquestions let me know and i can help you more. good luck, it is really simple hope i did not confuse you!!!

I understand everything except little uncertain about where it says
under res4=320x240 add
ResAna5=240v180 and under ResAna5 add
ResAna6=240x180
I only have res 3 don't have a res4. I have a ResAna4. Also where do I find the Zune profile?

Sorry I copied my device file and forgot mine was altered for my curve. ok what ever the last one is res3=###x### hit enter to create a new line and type in res4= you are adding res 4 and resanna5 you manually type them in.
