I am not sure what is going on, I logged into BB Web Client and there are a bunch of emails in my Inbox that are not showing up on my 7780? Is this an issue with my carrier Rogers or do I need to do something with my handheld?
Not sure from your post whether (i) you just set up your BB web client for the first time and haven't received any email on your device at all or (ii) you have received email in the past but now are not getting all of them on your BB. If the former, you'll need to point the BIS account to your BB device in the options section of your web client site. If the latter, then you'll need to give a bit more background on your situation in the hope that the experts here (which I am not) can help you.
As of 11:30 EST Blackberry Subscribers may experience difficulties with sending/receiving data off the network. They are aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved very shortly.
