Hello, My 8100 no longer is recognized by my laptop. I get the message: Pease insert a disk into the dirve.

It used to work and I've recently upgraded to 4.5.0.69

Sir/madam, I'm having a similar problem .I cannot connect my 7780 bb to my laptop! It is asking for a driver disc to be inserted. I don't have this disc.Will a driver disc for any bb phone work for me?

did you install the desktop software? The software comes with the drivers..Try that and post your findings...
