Can anyone tell me teh procedure to perform a Hard Reboot on the 9530 Storm?

Take battery cover off and take battery out.

With all due respect to our esteemed moderator, zeroq46, neither Quick Pull or Soft Reset do a hard reset. The only hard reset is a battery pull.

Additionally, these programs make the memory leak problem worse, as I found out when I removed these problems and watched the leak rate go down.

If you doubt me (as I am sure you do), note the free memory prior to using Quick Pull before and after reset. Them do a battery pull. If Quick Pull was a hard reset it would not leave so much data in memory. Sorry. 73

Well in my opinion it's the equivalent of a battery pull and I have yet to have anything leak out of my BB.
